SCHEDULING WINDOW

The calendar gets less forgiving as Japan gets closer.

For travel, cultural access, reservations, companion support, and private experience design, we generally recommend starting at least one month in advance when possible. A one-week window may still work for some requests, but options narrow quickly.

Rush and emergency requests with target execution dates within three days of intake may require priority handling, limited-scope review, or case-by-case premium fees when Japan-side resource allocation, partner schedules, transportation, or human support must be rearranged quickly.

Date handling: Priority target dates, secondary dates, and tertiary dates should be captured during intake. Payment secures the review slot; date feasibility is checked during engagement after the request details are clear.

BOUNDARIES

Private support should feel smooth, not reckless.

No guaranteed access.
