Important service boundary

This payment covers professional scoping, case direction, methodology planning, and preparation of the written project pathway and quotation. It does not include completed item-by-item dating, attribution, authentication, valuation, catalogue descriptions, review of the entire collection, certified appraisal, physical inspection, third-party specialist opinions, buyer search, auction placement, negotiation, or sale representation.

This professional review fee is separate from later project fees and is non-refundable once review work has begun. Any future project credit, if offered, will be stated expressly in the resulting quotation.
