It opens deeper routing, specialist coordination, or execution preparation. If the case is accepted into a larger scope, the deposit may be credited toward quoted work where appropriate.
When the product availability path has been reviewed and active Japan-side store or retailer coordination must begin.
Japan Product Availability Case Deposit™ is the paid case-opening deposit for an accepted Japan-side product availability, brand, retailer, store-stock, release, reservation, pickup, purchase-path, or local-action case that has moved beyond initial review and now requires active coordination.
Use this after the product, brand, retailer, desired quantity, store route, release timing, deadline, destination, purchase constraints, and required outcome are sufficiently defined to justify controlled Japan-side action.
What this case path may include
- Active product availability case routing and practical scope confirmation
- Coordination planning around accepted stores, retailers, official shops, product pages, release information, pickup windows, purchase limits, reservation rules, or local availability checks
- Review of product name, SKU or barcode, item photos, seller or retailer page, desired quantity, deadline, destination, payment-path questions, shipping restrictions, and movement information relevant to the proposed route
- Planning for accepted store check, retailer contact, seller communication, purchase-path confirmation, pickup, controlled handoff, temporary custody, packing, or movement sequencing
- Identification of questions requiring Proxy QA, Private Buyer execution, Beauty Product Sourcing Compliance Review, local representation, cargo planning, or a recurring availability watch route
- A recommended operational quote, additional deposit, specialist route, or next execution sequence where needed
Important boundary
This deposit opens an active product availability coordination case. It is not the product purchase fund, retailer payment, seller payment, stock guarantee, reservation guarantee, retailer authorization, brand relationship, lottery-entry service, queueing service, purchase guarantee, shipping purchase, import approval, customs advice, resale authorization, or guarantee that any product is available, purchasable, authentic, correctly represented, returnable, exportable, shippable, or capable of being delivered to a destination.
Product prices, retailer charges, seller charges, purchase funds, appointment fees, store-check time beyond the accepted scope, local attendance, personal-shopper time, interpretation, negotiation, pickup, storage, packing, insurance, export preparation, shipping, customs brokerage, duties, taxes, and third-party vendor costs are separate unless expressly quoted.
Where a larger accepted scope is required, this deposit may be credited toward that quoted work where appropriate. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, including Japan’s local 10% consumption tax where applicable.
After checkout
After payment, complete the assigned intake form using the same checkout email and include the order reference, product links or photos, brand name, retailer or store name, item name, SKU or barcode where available, desired quantity, release or deadline timing, destination country, budget, pickup or shipping constraints, and the operational outcome you need.
